Proof of purchase:

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items:

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Returning items:

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Turnaround:

All orders are shipped within 72 business hours, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST. Order delivery is expected within 7- 10 days.

We primarily use USPS to deliver our customer orders. These deliveries may come via other carriers, including:

UPS

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

We charge a flat-rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling on all orders in the continental United States.

International Shipping:

Orders shipped internationally are contingent on customs regulations and may expect delays. The company is not held responsible for these delays and cannot provide any refunds if goods are forfeited. You are hereby notified, as the customer, of this risk and that you assume all responsibility. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with Company’s carrier’s delivery. If the carrier must return the shipment, then the Customer is liable for all shipping charges and will be credited for all merchandise return in SELLABLE condition.

Back Orders:

Although back orders are very rare, occasionally it does happen. If for any reason a product ordered is not available, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock at that time and will ship out the back-ordered item when that item becomes available!
